Teachings and Meditations on

including the Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Maitreya
By genuinely cherishing living beings we shall always act with loving kindness, in a friendly and considerate way, and they will return our kindness. Others will not act unpleasantly towards us, and there will be no basis for conflict or disputes. People will come to like us, and our realtionships will be more stable and satisfying.
Maitreya symbolizes the loving kindness of all the Buddhas. By relying upon Buddha Maitreya with faith we will receive his special care, and he will bestow upon us the realizations of Kadam Lamrim through which we can solve all our own and others’ problems and fulfil our own and others’ wishes.
Gen Kelsang Sangdak will grant the empowerment of Buddha Maitreya on Saturday 12th December. On the following day, he will give a commentary to the practice of Buddha Maitreya showing how we can continue to receive this special blessing in our daily life.
Receiving this empowerment directly connects us with Buddha Maitreya, giving us the inspiration and confidence to progress successfully on the path to the lasting happiness of enlightenment.
